Big Joe’s Personal Training offers training at East Coast Fitness, a private, personal training studio that takes pride in maintaining a comfortable environment for those who are serious about achieving their fitness goals.
I am very proud of the atmosphere we provide at Big Joe’s. It is not a “meat market,” nor does it have a club-like feel. Instead, the Studio offers roughly 5,500 square feet of space with top-of-the-line equipment, including brands such as Life Fitness, Free Motion and Hammer Strength, and friendly, professional people. East Coast Fitness also has multiple changing rooms and a shower to accommodate clients with a busy schedule who must get in and out quickly!
Big Joe’s offers one-on-one personal training tailored to your desired fitness level. Get the results you are looking for. Together, we will:
- Set fitness goals for you.
- Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
- Change your nutrition program gradually so that you are not deprived of nutrients or foods you like.
- Learn proper form and adopt the correct way to exercise.
Training sessions are one hour in length. Half-hour sessions are available upon request.

Group packages, special corporate rates and referral incentives are available. Train without the distractions and crowds of big corporate gyms. Big Joe’s is located inside East Coast Fitness, a moderately sized personal training studio located in the Aqua Caliente Shopping Center, at the corner of 70th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Your first session and Free Fitness Consultation with Big Joe’s consists of the following:
- You will fill out a sheet telling me more about yourself, your goals, any injuries you have and your eating habits, etc.
- I will take some measurements to find your starting point.
- I will test your cardiovascular and strength levels, as well as, your overall endurance.
- Finally, we will discuss your objectives, and I will help you set realistic short-term and long-term goals based on your fitness level.

During Your Workout, You'll:

Learn exercises customized to your body and fitness level to tone and tighten the 5 biggest problem areas most people agonize over: Your butt, abs, thighs, shoulders, and arms.

Pinpoint the most important things to do to get your body whipped into shape (do these faithfully… and you’ll enjoy showing off your new body rather than feeling uncomfortable and overexposed).

Identify your long-term fitness goals (how you’ll look and feel in 6 months!)… and then set realistic short-term goals to ensure your path to success.

Understand the mental training techniques so exercising becomes a fun, integral portion of your daily routine.
- Invest in a fitness plan that’s right for you… so you don’t waste a single minute on exercises that can’t deliver the results you’re looking for.
