About Me
My name is Joe Giannetti Jr. Six years ago, I was extremely overweight, unhappy and had very low self-esteem. I was stuck in a revolving door that never seemed to slow down. I finally made a decision to try to lose weight. I began working out. I studied as much as I could about the human body, exercise and nutrition. As a result, I soon realized that I loved working out! Most of all, I loved the results. Within a year, my weight dropped from about 300 to 215 pounds, and I continued to train and sculpt my body.
I took my first job as a personal trainer in 2001. At that point, helping people with their own goals became an obsession; there is no better feeling than helping someone reach his or her fitness goals. Watching the client change not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally, fuels my passion for what I do.
I continued my education and physical training in order to maximize my potential along with my client’s needs. I soon had a very large clientele base and a whole new outlook on life. At first, I worked at a variety of large gyms and fitness centers that focused on making a dollar instead of getting clients results. They pressured their clients into paying more without moving them forward – something I was not comfortable with.
It was not until I began training at the third large corporate gym when I made another life-changing decision: I decided to go out on my own. I wanted to be able to treat my clients with the respect that they deserved while providing them with the attention they needed. You can read about some of the people whose lives I have helped turn around on my Testimonial Page. It all begins here...
